Virtual Private Sleep Support Package for Toddlers/Preschoolers/Young School Age Children.

Your little one is walking, talking but unfortunately not sleeping! Are you feeling exhausted, frustrated and emotionally ready to waive the white flag? No fear, we can work through this!  Let’s create a great and predictable sleeper who nap at the same time each day and go to bed at the same time without endless hours of stall tactics and overtired tantrums. And how about working on sleeping through the night for 11 – 12 straight hours as well?  Ready to get started?

Here is what is included in a Virtual Private Toddler/Preschooler/Young School Age Sleep Support Package (18 months  – and up):

Sleep Evaluation

This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting. (Having this information in advance helps us make the most of our time together.)


A private, 90 minute virtual consultation where we’ll discuss toddler sleep strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night wakings, or any other specific toddler issues you might be dealing with.


Of a detailed, fully customized sleep plan that I will prepare for you after the conclusion of our private consultation. This is your roadmap and step-by-step plan for your journey to better sleep.


Five follow-up telephone calls:  during the first week following the start of your child’s sleep plan. These follow-up calls typically last about 15 minutes, and we’ll use this time to deal with any setbacks you might be having or answer any general  questions or need further assistance with parenting coaching around behaviors.


FOUR weeks of daily text support via the Rested app. During our time together, your support also includes four weeks of text support via the Rested app. Prior to Night 1, I’ll invite you to connect with me via the Rested app, so that you can send me any questions that come up, and I’ll respond to your texts within one business day (but often much sooner). Nothing will be left to question with my expert guidance.

For Continued Success

My Tips for Future Success Packet:  This is information to help you address anything that could come up with your child’s sleep.  Topics include: nap transitions, travel tips, how to maintain successful naps as your child ages, and navigating the daylight savings time change.

The consultation will take place via Zoom conferencing (perfect for families anywhere around the world).  My availability varies, but I can often accommodate a new client within about a week or two… and sometimes even sooner.

* Please note that I have made it a practice policy to take three new families per week to ensure I provide the support each family needs to be successful on their journey to better sleep.
