  • Bedtime is drama filled most nights and no matter what you do it takes forever.

Hi, I’m Jenn!

Frazzled, weary, unable to concentrate…I’ve been there. I was a mommy zombie. No joke…it wasn’t pretty. Struggling to find a sleep solution with my oldest daughter was the motivation for my sleep research and subsequent training. After countless sleepless nights, reading almost every sleep book on the market, and hours surfing the internet for a sleep solution (all the conflicting information and misinformation), I came across Dana Obleman’s Sleep Sense program. It CHANGED my life.

Fast forward a few years later and as a mom of two I was presented with the opportunity to train and be mentored by world renowned sleep expert Dana Obleman and become certified as a pediatric sleep coach and consultant. I JUMPED at the chance…and the rest is history. For the past 10 years I have been working with families all over the world and have transformed the lives of over 1,500 families. I love the work that I do and have been honored to be named one of the top 200 sleep consultants in the United States for the past three years by TUCK (an authority on sleep).

When I am not guiding families from sleep deprived to sleep revived you can find me out and about with my wonderful husband and two amazing daughters. In my free time I also love to read, ride my Peloton (BabyNapQueen), spend time with friends, visit Disney World as often as I can, and drink Chai tea.

I have YEARS of experience and expertise. No joke, after 10 years I have just about seen and experienced it all. I’ve been a sleep coach for almost as long as I have been a mommy and through both of those journeys I have amassed a treasure trove of knowledge that I can’t wait to impart to you!

Coaching

I am your coach, cheerleader, biggest fan & will fully show up for you every day. I will hold you accountable to reach your goal and wish for better sleep. I am a no nonsense gal while also being compassionate. I truly understand your journey.

Instruction

I’ll teach you how to read your baby’s sleepy cues (or lack of cues…sometimes they are stealthy). I’ll also teach you how to give your baby space without making you feel like you are ignoring or neglecting them.

Support

I support you with phone calls (4 for infant, 5 for toddler and preschoolers), as well as unlimited daily support via Chat in Rested app (free downloadable app).

How it Works

We start with a one-on-one virtual sleep consultation discussing your sleep goals for your child. We will develop a customized plan to move you through the following steps:

 

We take a deeper dive discussing your wishes for your baby’s sleep. Think of me as your  hypothetical fairy godmother waving her magical wand and bringing clarity to your chaos where parenting and sleep are concerned. We will discuss what areas we need to make changes to and why, and then giving you a roadmap on how to implement said changes. Transforming you from sleep deprived to sleep revived.

Once you have had time to fully review your child’s sleep plan and ask me any follow-up questions you may have, we select your start date and confirm your first follow-up support call. On night 1 know I am rooting for you and sending great sleep vibes your way either through positive thought or additional add on text message support (sometimes we need a little virtual hand holding).

As you navigate through your journey to better sleep, know that I will be there to support you every step of the way via daily access to the chat via the Rested app and 4 follow up phone calls (all during normal business hours).

With my over 9 years of experience, I know that no two children are alike and how their sleep skills grow and transition through the plan will differ. That is why I use your questions, feedback and data from the interactive online sleep log I provided you at the beginning of our time together to suggest changes that will benefit your child and their specific needs.

Now that I have guided you from sleep deprived to sleep revived, as part of my wrap up package, I’ll provide you with guides for your continued success. Think of the guides as tools in your parenting toolbox. The guides cover what to do during teething, illness, travel, (GASP) Daylight Savings, and future nap transitions. Rest assured knowing I have prepared you for continued success.

We spent 9 months waiting for our son to sleep through the night.  Nothing worked.  His schedule was very unpredictable other than knowing he’d wake at some point and sometimes multiple times.  Our friend recommended Jennifer and she was a huge blessing.  After answering many questions she gave us a schedule based on our son’s habits and a game plan to help him sleep.  It wasn’t easy.  The first few nights were very rough but we go through them with her coaching.  Since then he has been sleeping through the night and so are we!  Of course there are those nights that aren’t perfect but they are few and far between.  We are expecting again and this time won’t be waiting 9 months to get Jennifer involved.  I highly recommend her services.

I recently finished up my sleep training with Jennifer Schindele and WOW, what a difference! I’m happy to report that my little man (almost 8 mos) is putting himself to sleep without any sleep props (and there was a laundry list of them to get rid of), he’s sleeping through the night for 11-12 hrs at a time (he was waking up 6+ times a night), and is no longer taking a nighttime bottle. My LO has severe reflux and I was always concerned if that was bothering him when he didn’t sleep, but after working with Jen (and our GI doctor) I know I can trust the medicine and that my LO CAN in fact sleep! We’re still working through some minor nuances with naps and awake times, but it’s 10x better now that we’re all sleeping! Thank you, thank you!!!
